Jan.21. Back from vacations, getting new camera…

Day 31. Planned cardio and soccer finale

Hi, well, today was a good day, everything went out as planned. Still on no carb nutrition (last day before low carb), and after two consecutive circuit days, I planned to do cardio, and I did, but counted the soccer game as my cardio session… guess what? we won!
