Hi, well, today was a good day, everything went out as planned. Still on no carb nutrition (last day before low carb), and after two consecutive circuit days, I planned to do cardio, and I did, but counted the soccer game as my cardio session… guess what? we won!
Well, nutrition was like follows:
Meal 1: Chicken breast + 6 nut halves
Meal 2: Whey protein shake + 3 nut halves
Meal 3: Fish + broccoli + 6 nut halves
Meal 4: Baked salmon + 8 almonds
Meal 5: Post workout protein shake
Very low carb nutrtion done as planned. Today is a quickie as I have to get some sleep now… thank you for your comments.
